Nothing says German winemaking like, "Dr. Pauly-Bergweiler." This may not be this winery's top offering, it does however make for a fine introduction to the racy semi-sweet style typical of many good Rieslings. It also offers what many inexpensive wines from Deutschland lack… harmony and balance between acidity &and sugar.
