Pale color with hints of green. Aromas of grapefruit and minerals, light-bodied, fresh, crisp citrus-fruited white. Ideal with fish or on its own as an aperitif.

Technical notes

The Castelvero estate is located near Monferrato, with vineyard holdings dating back to the mid-1950s. As the vines are not located in Gavi, this attractively herbaceous and clean white wine is named after its grape variety.
