This wine comes from Sonoma County’s pristine Alexander Valley, where Cabernet is a bit leaner, with tighter structure than those from neighboring Napa Valley. It is, nonetheless, a rich, full-bodies wine that pairs perfectly with rich foods. Look for complex black cherry, anise, herb, and chocolate.
