Soft and dry, a light, freshly nutty style of Amontillado with just a hint of wood and smoky raisins. Very attractive fresh fruit and clean acidity.
The Los Arcos Amontillado is ideal as a warming aperitiff, with tapas, especially nuts and meats. It can also be served with a meal or any type of cold meat platter or richly flavored seafoods. It is best served lightly chilled in a copita or white wine glass.

| The dry, medium amber-hued non-vintage Dry Amontillado Los Arcos offers good body as well as a heady personality. - Wine Advocate
"Nutty, with a touch of sweetness," the label says. Orange-tobacco color. Pretty citrus nose. Good, big amontillado with, indeed, a touch of sweetness, hazelnuts, citrus peel, and green olives. 87 Points Gerry Dawes in IWC Issue 57 Nov/Dec '94 - Tanzer
90 Points Best Buy! This very affordable Sherry offers a terrific combination of freshness from the walnut and iodine notes and the caramel-molasses component derived from oxidation, making this vibrant Amontillado a winner. Delicious nut and molasses aftertaste. Drink now. (BS) Dec 15, 2000 - Spectator
