Tasting notes

Opens with a bouquet of apple cider. A nice mousse,crispness, and an apple, bready, creamy palate with nuances of citrus and nuts and a bit of astringency leads to a finish which is broader than long. There's a lot of freshly baked bread aromas in this delightful bubbly, along with peach pie and even apricot. This is an intense wine, dry and scouring and the crisp tartness follows through on the finish.

This sparkling wine is made from 100% Loire grapes. Because of its northern location, the grapes maintain an excellent acidity. Consistency and quality are carefully monitored to create very fine bubbles. The dosage has been perfected to make a clean, fruity but dry sparkling wine of extraordinary quality at a very attractive price.
