Intense bright ruby in color. Projects ripe red berry, including strawberry and raspberry jam. In the mouth, coffee, spices and herbs, including sage, emerge. Full, round, fruit forward. Oak aged, yet medium bodied for food-friendly matching.

| The grapes are harvested manually and mechanically in late autumn and undergo fermentation in stainless steel vats for fifteen days at 72-79˚F.
Aged two years in large Slavonian oak barrels with an additional several months in bottle prior to release. |
